About the Admin. Assistant Role
You will work with our clients, training them to become familiar with their client portal, provide support with any issues, and help our own staff with any tech issues that arise. You should be detail-oriented, a quick-learner, and a solid project manager who is looking to grow and advance your role over time.
Our Ideal Administrative Assistant:
We are looking for an extremely tech-savvy Administrative Assistant who can juggle multiple tasks at a time, is analytical and likes to follow procedures with dotted I’s and crossed T’s across the board. You will ideally:
be able to take over meetings
track progress of projects
Track and monitor schedules
easily manage people and tasks related to meetings, deadlines, and whatever else comes up.
Experience working within a CPA firm or financial services firm environment are a plus, but not required.
