As a Sales Development Representative on our team, your job is to connect with companies who are feeling the pain of misfiring on their selection of candidates.
This is an inbound Sales Executive role responsible for connecting with highly qualified inbound leads most self schedule or respond to fast response outreach after inquiring about our services on our website. Our Sales Development Representatives conduct discovery calls present solutions to our clients hiring challenges and maintain the relationship with their clients and our existing customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction (BTW our clients love us, check out our reviews on Capterra and Trust Pilot).
We are a start up HR and Recruiting Saas business with consistent growth over the last 8 years which makes this a great opportunity for people interested in growing their career with our company as it grows. Ideally this candidate will develop into a Director of Sales and play a key role in the long term growth of our business.
Key performance goals for our Sales Executive -
Increase client revenue by 25% YOY
Maintain an inbound lead closing percentage of 20% or higher for all SQLs
Learn the business and take over Account management responsibilities within 6 months on the job
Spend 20% of their time doing outbound calls to old leads or cold leads in targeted industries such as Service business and other B2B Service businesses.
Will contribute to the strategic direction of the business
Will develop into a Sales Management role within 12-24 months by demonstrating advanced sales performance and understanding of our complex service offerings.
A Typical Week for our Sales Executives is
Conducting Sales discovery calls with 15-25 inbound sales leads
Conducting 10-15 client account management meetings per week
Manage a pipeline of 100-120 qualified leads driving them to a buying decision
Learning and developing their knowledge and experience with best hiring practices
Spend 8 hours per week doing outbound calls to cold leads and old inbound leads
Compensation and Benefits:
$50-$60K base salary plus bonuses based on gross revenues goals $70k -$90k 1st year earnings expected
Multiple company health plans after 90 days (fully paid for to little out of pocket for employee)
3% dollar for dollar match on IRA after 2 weeks
1 week of sick time
2 weeks Vacation time -- after 3 years it goes up to 3 weeks and after 5 years goes up to 4 weeks
Work life balance hours are 8am-5pm M-F
