About Our Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Rep, you’ll be representing Loomis Insurance’s legacy for taking care of our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing service calls and updating clients on claims
- Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding client policies
- Working with clients and our team to address or resolve any client issues
- Other office administration duties as requested
