Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Construct creative advertising to attract targeted candidates
  • Use savvy networking and sourcing techniques to find high quality candidates. Cultivate expansive networks within LinkedIn, community forums, social media, and external events to grow resourceful candidate pool.
  • Manage multiple office hiring demands across California, to including positions for Canvassers, Sales Teams, Branch Managers, and IT departments. Exceptional at creating a cycle of available talent to cover the expanding needs of the business.
  • Own the job boards, must have knowledge of Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, LinkedIn, and any relevant channels to source talent.
  • Screen resumes, form relationships with sought-after recruits, facilitate interviews/scheduling, and on-boarding process.
  • Budget and balance recruiting campaigns to systemize effective hiring rates
  • Recruit to drive down turn-over
